Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Roughin (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Roughin is a financial intelligence platform for skilled trades businesses. The Service includes job costing, cash forecasting, P&L reporting, technician quoting tools, and QuickBooks Online integration. Features depend on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@getroughin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. There are no setup or cancellation fees.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Roughin. Our QuickBooks integration is read-only — we never write to or modify your QuickBooks data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) reverse engineer proprietary algorithms; (d) resell access without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Financial forecasts and reports are informational only and do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Roughin's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
